School To Housing
The Hennepin County Housing Stability Department and Brooklyn Center Community Schools ISD #286 collaborates in the School To Housing program for families who are currently doubled up and seeking to secure stable housing. This program supports families with removing barriers to housing, housing services, case management, and potential short-term financial support. View School To Housing flyer.

Eligibility Requirements
- Be temporarily staying with others and at risk of losing housing
- No active housing lease
- Income below 30% Area Median Income
- Has studnet(s) enrolled in Brooklyn Center Community Schools
- Live in Hennepin County now or within the last 60 days
