Brooklyn Center Community Schools’ School Board met for a regular meeting on Monday, January 10, 2022, at the District Office. Below are the highlights.

ACTION ITEMS

The board took action on the following items:

• Approve Second Read of Policies 499 Pandemic Supplemental Sick Leave, and 808 Face Mask Policy.
• Approve Changing the Date of Graduation from Thursday, June 2, 2022, to Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
• Approve Resolution Authorizing Superintendent Dr. Carly Baker to Begin Negotiations to Acquire the Property Located at 5910 Shingle Creek Parkway, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430.
• Approve Bus Driver Contract.
• Approve the Board Member Salary Increase to $6,800.00.
