Vaccine Clinic Dec. 13-18

CommunityCare Clinics will offer a COVID-19 vaccination clinic from Monday. Dec. 13 through Saturday, Dec. 18 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. This clinic is walk-in only, no registration required, and no identification or insurance is necessary.

Location: 2139 44th Ave N.

The following doses will be provided at this clinic:

• First dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine for any students, staff, family and community members ages 5+
• Second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine for any students, staff, family and community members ages 5+
• Booster of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine for any staff, family and community members who received their last shot at least six months ago
