1. Sarah Bratsch, Director of Finance, presented a budget update.
2. Gail Graiewski-Traxler, District Quality Compensation Program Coordinator/Instructional Coach, provided a review of the Quality Compensation Program.

ACTION ITEM

The board took action on the following item:

1. Approval of FY23 Original Budget Resolution
2. Approve Resolution Awarding Transportation Contract
3. Approve the first read policies
