Fall Play at BCS: The Importance of Being Earnest

Importance of Being Earnest play November 7, 2018 – Brooklyn Center High School STEAM's fall play is The Importance of Being Earnest. Written by Oscar Wilde and first performed in 1895, The Importance of Being Earnest is Wilde's most enduringly popular play. The comedy's major themes are the triviality with which it treats institutions such as marriage, and the resulting satire of Victorian ways.
