Winter Weather Update: E-Learning Day from Home (Thursday, January 5)
Due to inclement weather and yesterday’s heavy snowfall, today (Thursday, January 5) will be an e-learning day from home. Once again, all middle and high school assignments will be posted to the LMS and all elementary choice boards will be shared via Seesaw and email by 9 am.

Joint Statement from Brooklyn Center Community Schools and the City of Brooklyn Center
On Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022, a story was published by an online platform about a student art installation that has hung in a hallway of Brooklyn Center High School since the spring of 2021. The mural was created by students following the shooting and death of Daunte Wright and the subsequent unrest in Brooklyn Center. Updated: Boil Water Advisory LIFTED for North Minneapolis
The Minnesota Department of Health issued a BOIL WATER ALERT for a portion of North Minneapolis on Tuesday, December 6. The City of Minneapolis and MDH have lifted the advisory and has deemed water safe to use for all activities of daily living.
