Strategic Plan

In 2019, the district developed a new mission, vision, and core values which guides the work we do today. In conjunction with our district identity rebrand, we launched the current strategic plan.

The three actionable goals for the 2025-26 school year include:

1. Deepen our culture and work to build systems that are steeped in justice-centered, anti-oppressive practices.
    
2. Redesign every student’s learning experience and increase proficiency and growth across the district.
    
3. Increase transparency and collaboration by working to build trust, promote healing, and establish our communication expectations across the district.
