STUDENT BOARD REPRESENTATIVE APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

Thank you to all the students who applied to be the next Brooklyn Center School Board Student Representative. This exciting opportunity allows students to make their voices heard, build leadership skills, and positively impact our schools and community.

The selected student representative will gain invaluable experience, including leadership development, collaboration, and public speaking, all of which can enhance future college applications and resumes. Additionally, the student will receive a $1,000 scholarship in recognition of their dedication and service.

We are thrilled to announce Ariel Yang (10th grade at BCHS) and Chukwukasi (Kasi) Okoye (12th grade at BCHS) as the selected Student Representatives for the Brooklyn Center School Board. Congratulations to both for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to representing their peers and contributing to the future of our schools!

We encourage students to stay tuned for updates at your school regarding the next application window. This is a truly unique opportunity to represent your peers, shape school policies, and create a lasting impact on Brooklyn Center Schools!
