Native American Programs

At Brooklyn Center Community Schools, our Native American Programs* connect Indigenous students with cultural activities focused on Native American values, traditions, arts, and language. Throughout the school year, Drum & Dance alternates weeks with Language & Culture, leading to a spring Pow Wow with Osseo schools. Students can also opt into homework help, culturally specific social/emotional support, college & career exploration, and off-site learning experiences (field trips). We warmly welcome Indigenous family, school community members, and high school students to join our AIPAC (American Indian Parent Advisory Committee).
